Alcohol is controlling you and
you want your freedom back.

If you’re like a lot of people in this situation, each day begins as a fresh start, and you’re sure you won’t drink today; you’re tired of the middle-of-the-night, wide awake turmoil, mornings full of headache and feeling like crap. Then maybe the stressors come and you wonder when that drink will be, it might be all you can think about, you tell yourself you’ll take a break tomorrow, and the whole cycle starts over.

Perhaps you’ve tried Dry January, or made deals with yourself about how many drinks on certain days of the week. You may have noticed feeling better during a break from alcohol, and knew you wanted to drink less overall, only to find yourself back in the same patterns you don’t like.

It’s natural to feel frustrated, stuck, like it’s all your fault.

There is another way.

It is possible to find relief, and that thoughts of alcohol are far distant, or actually gone.  Despite the struggles you’ve been through, your time really can be yours again.

I’m Amanda, and I’ve been doing this work since 2022 after having found my own freedom from alcohol through This Naked Mind in 2021.  Alcohol misuse is common and can be pernicious.  You know there’s no quick fix to making habit changes; bumps and re-commitments are a part of the process. I’ve found that there’s a high level of success in the way that I work with clients, and it’s important to me to get as many of us free from the clutches of alcohol as possible because of the way it can drain enjoyment of life.
